Life Story: At a young age, the woman displayed a talent for the kekkei genkai passed down by her family line, an ability to control the chakra in one’s own body to the degree that even those with the most gifted sight couldn’t see that she had any at all if she decided not to let them. Being gifted, not only could she control the amount, direction, and flow rate—able to reach further into her being and speed up the recovery of her chakra at a cost to her physical well-being—but she is able to use small amounts of chakra without it being detected.
With her Kekkei Genkai ability, the woman was trained at a young age to hone her abilities while her chakra was locked away, giving her impressive physical strength and agility without the assistance that the chakra provided.
While a dedicated student, the girl—particularly at a young age—often wandered off and left to go swimming. Having known how to swim long before she could walk, the girl was always taken with the water and waves and was a natural swimming, living on a small island. Because of this early introduction to water and her natural draw to it, she fell in love quickly and often gets distracted, unable to train near a large body of water for fear that she might be in the water before her partner or teacher can blink.
The woman is luckily a quick learner, or this would be more of a disadvantage in her studies and training—and she would have been scolded far more often. That being said, her constant distraction by the call of the ocean kept the woman from completing her chunin and jounin training early and—despite her gifts and ability to learn quickly and advanced techniques—finished her training around the same time as the rest of those in her class.
Not long before she passed the jounin exams, the head of her clan decided to teach the girl a style of fighting not seen for a long time, giving her a possessed sword that had been in her family for generations. According to the head—her grandfather—the sword—a white and gold Odachi—was possessed by an unknown but powerful spirit that called itself Masamune. The sword seemed to be very particular about who used it and had not chosen an owner in several decades. Not till the girl went to the temple on their grounds—a place she’d only visited once not days before to pray for the ability and confidence to beat the Jounin exams. The sword—partnered with a smaller sword—was strange but what was stranger the fighting style that she developed with it without prompting.
With the swords on her hips and her new technique, the woman was able to beat the Jounin exams and became a strong, and fierce force.
Serving the Mizukage for several years, maturing well, the woman got word that something had happened on the small island that housed her entire clan. With permission from the Mizukage—which she only asked for as a formality as she would have gone regardless—the woman finds out that her entire clan was murdered by an unknown group of powerful ninjas (dunno who yet). As far as the woman’s friends and collegues know, the woman is dead, killed with her clan and her swords stolen when she went to investigate.
This is not the case. The woman fled to the land of ___ and found a very small village there, helping and protecting the people as a hired sword—one without chakra as she kept it hidden.
About You
Personality: She is rather cheerful when relaxed, a more motherly type to those much younger than her and kind and respectful to those near her age and older. She’s protective and dangerous when provoked, not quick to temper and in as much control of her emotions as her chakra…until she gets around water. While normally appearing mature and calm, the woman turns into a squealing child around her ‘lost love’ as she often calls it. She doesn’t tolerate stupidity or rudeness, often lashing out at those she feels have wronged her or others. Having been so caught up in her training and life among her clan, the woman is utterly clueless in love, romance, sex, and—most importantly as a ninja—seduction. Often considered rather naïve and fairly gullible, unless the person strikes her as cruel or dangerous, she’s usually quick to give that person the benefit of the doubt until she knows the whole story. While usually calm, when overwhelmed, she tends to overthink things. She’s also extremely stubborn and almost over protective in a lot of what she does, not hesitating to put her own well being in danger when someone else is at risk.

Strength(s): Physical prowess both as a ninja and as a ‘human’. She’s got sharp eyes and excellent peripheral vision. She’s smart and strategizes well. Her Kekkei Genkai makes her a good spy, easily slipping in and out of areas without a second glance. Her quick learning and ability to use advanced techniques quickly helped her to learn the strange, unique, and perhaps confusing fighting style with her swords. The woman also has a good gut instinct—when she decides to follow it.
Weakness(es): While she can fight through it and it is usually overlooked by most, a massive injury she obtained as a jounin in which she almost lost her left arm made that limb particularly weak and it often hurts her. When in stress situations, she often overthinks things and at times her lack of self confidence comes into play. When outside of battle, the woman is actually rather clumsy and tends to trip over her own two feet often. She also gets distracted if she’s bored and finds the fight particularly easy. However, she gets far more distracted—to the point of leaving in the middle of the fight—by water such as rain, lakes, oceans, rivers, streams—pretty much anything that’s constantly touching her or she can go swimming in. While she’s very good at learning quickly and easily learns advanced and complicated techniques, she’s rather bad and struggles a lot with the more basic techniques, particularly if she’s tired or distracted. This often causes her chakra to run out faster as she has to try harder with the easier techniques or she simply uses the more taxing advanced techniques. She is a sort of Queen-of-all-trades type. While she’s a master of her sword technique, and pretty good at most everything else, she’s easily out classed in any particular subject and has to resort to using different techniques for different opponents. She’s also stubborn and tends to take hits in order to finish a fight early.
Special Powers/Abilities:
-Kekkei Genkai: Self Chakra Control (fancy name later): She can control the chakra in her own body. Most of those who have the Kekkei Genkai in her clan can use it either boost their chakra—at a cost to their physical health leaving wounds to bleed, ect…--or to hide it from being detected—her’s being so strong that even other Kekkei Genkai such as Byakugan and Sharigan can’t detect it. Those that are stronger can also focus the chakra to certain points in the body and steal it away from others—useful against techniques like the Hyuuga gentle fist style. She can do both of these as well as use small amounts of chakra while still remaining undetectable to most.
-Swords:
Masamune: A white odachi with gold—colored—metal accents in the handle, grip, and at the bottom of the scabbard. The sword is possessed by an unknown and powerful spirit that calls itself Masamune. Stronger than it might look—unbreaking sword—it is a protective and powerful sword in its own right that has it’s own small-ish batch of chakra that can be hidden by the woman as the sword is a sort of extension of herself. The sword is smart and ‘talks’ to it’s owner, warning her with feelings like a sort of spidey sense when danger is incoming. If she is ever disarmed, her opponent will find himself/herself unable to take the sword, as to their eyes, it is simply gone.
Kitsune: Another unknown spirit that was given the name Kitsune, this sword is pure black in the handle and scabbard—both a sturdy wood—and lacks a hand guard, making it look like a wooden sword while in the scabbard. This spirit is wild, crafty, and mischievous and could easily overtake it’s owner—which could be used against her enemies as this sword will not hide if disarmed and it has a surprising sense of loyalty—if Masamune did not keep it in check. Thus why this sword is never drawn before Masamune.
-Sword Style: While two katanas seems like a samurai style, the woman doesn’t use them as a traditional samurai would. Instead of being stacked on top of each other on the hip opposite to the dominate hand, the swords sit on either hip, Masamune on the left hip and Kitsune on the right. Due to the nature of the swords and their spirits—as well as their owner—Masamune is always drawn first, being used with two hands whenever drawn alone. Despite being mostly right handed, her leading hand—the hand at the top towards the hand guard—is her left hand. This is for the simple fact that she will use the large Odachi with a single hand and usually utilizes her entire body—usually by putting the back of the sword against her back to block—to take the force and weight of the weapon. This is, of course, where the added strength comes in handy. When she is using Masamune with her left hand, she can draw Kitsune to use as an attack while her opponent is occupied. However, for most swordsmen, this poses a problem. Should the sword be on the hip opposite her dominate hand, she would have trouble drawing it under her left arm. However, when using Masamune with her left hand, she cannot draw her sword as one would normally. Instead, the woman draws Kitsune backwards, her thumb facing the end of the handle and the back of the blade curving along her forearm. Usually, the woman draws the sword in a strange, backwards, form of Iai—a technique with the katana where the sword is drawn, swung, and sheathed in one stroke. When it is drawn, the woman can flip it into a normal grip once again for extra reach.

Ambition/Life-long Dream: She never really had an ambition or life-long dream. She was good at being a ninja and liked to push herself so she pursued the highest rank. However, after achieving Jounin (while working towards ANBU) when her family was wiped out, she decided to go into hiding and discover all she could about what happened while also protecting the adopted village she called home.
Occupation/Job: She usually does odd jobs around the village, but is the town’s unofficial protector, helping the guards of the small village during their patrols, as well as training several. She gets paid in food and the small house she has and occasionally gets money, but she doesn’t really need it most of the time.

Worst Class(es): Anything that makes her sit down and study. Not that she isn’t smart, she’d just rather be moving. She wasn’t very good at Genjutsu either. Particularly in comparison to her other jutsu.

Description: There’s three known degrees of Chakra Control.

2. The second highest, the one for stronger of the clan, is to control the exact points where it the chakra is, moving it to any point in the body with ease.
3. The so far strongest level of the Hamasaki’s Kekkei Genkai (one very few can use) is the ability to use the smallest bit of chakra while it’s locked away without be detected.

Her intense training without her chakra helps with her size too, well muscled, even more than most of the ninja’s she’s worked with—larger muscles. She’s not one of these super busty amazon types, however, and, other than being taller than most, can hide her muscular form from others and blend in pretty well.
